A refreshing, coastal-inspired cocktail crafted with care. This spritz blends premium sparkling wine made from organic grapes with a vibrant basil & thyme syrup, infused with fresh herbs plucked just a day before bottling. The syrup is lightly seasoned with sea salt and organic cane sugar, using half the sugar of a typical recipe. It’s finished with a splash of handmade bitters, crafted in-house by our winemaker from 13 curated herbs and spices for a perfectly balanced taste.
