Somerbella began with a dream — quite literally. It wasn’t a particularly special morning, and the dream wasn’t anything elaborate. But when our founder, Serena, woke up and blurted out “canned mimosas,” something clicked. At the time, ready-to-drink canned mimosas didn’t exist — and the idea felt too good to ignore.
She shared it with her husband — a talented winemaker — and in no time, the dream was already in motion.
Somerbella is proudly built by a husband-and-wife team. Serena had the vision; her husband brought the winemaking expertise. Together, they set out to create a new standard for wine cocktails: fresh, clean, beautifully crafted, and effortless to enjoy.
What Makes Us Different
We don’t cut corners. Every Somerbella cocktail is crafted in small batches using premium wine made from organic grapes, real organic fruit juices, and fresh herbs and spices — never from concentrate, and with no artificial flavors or sweeteners. The cordials used in our spritzes are made in a kitchen, not a lab, and everything is produced in a winery by a dedicated winemaker using sustainable, hands-on methods at every step.
